Dealer Marketing Coordinator
based in Bolivia.

The position plays a key role in supporting dealer network marketing activities, ensuring brand consistency, and driving effective local campaigns that strengthen dealer performance and customer engagement.

Job Responsibilities

Dealer Marketing Support:
planning and coordinating marketing initiatives tailored to dealer needs, ensuring alignment with BYD's brand identity and overall business objectives.

Campaign Coordination:
Support the development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social, events, and in-store) to increase dealer visibility and sales performance.

Brand Compliance:
Monitor and review dealer marketing materials to ensure consistency with corporate brand standards and messaging.

Performance Tracking:
Collect and analyze campaign and dealer performance data to prepare reports and actionable insights that help improve marketing effectiveness.

Dealer Engagement & Training:
Coordinate marketing toolkits, promotional assets, and training sessions to enhance dealers' local marketing capabilities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with the Sales and Corporate Marketing teams to ensure dealer marketing initiatives are synchronized with broader business strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the automotive or retail industry.
• Experience in coordinating marketing campaigns, events, and dealer activities.
• Strong understanding of the Panamanian automotive market and dealer ecosystem.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
