Water Resource Strategist

Role Description

This full-time, on-site role is located in La Paz, Bolivia. As a Water Resource Strategist, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing water resource management strategies. Day-to-day tasks include assessing current water resource conditions, identifying potential water-related challenges, and proposing effective solutions. You will coordinate with local and regional stakeholders, conduct environmental impact assessments, and develop sustainable water usage plans. Additionally, you will analyze data, prepare reports, and stay abreast of relevant regulations and policies.

• Water Resource Management and Environmental Impact Assessment skills
• Project Planning and Development expertise
• Analytical skills and experience with data analysis
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Knowledge of local and regional water policies and regulations
• Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Hydrology, or related field; Master's degree is a plus
• Experience in the water resource management industry is highly desirable
