About The Role
The role provides support in the sale or sells Essity products in store or point of sale. It follows company culture and guidelines in order to sell company´s portfolio products and services.

What You Will Do

  • Ensure the correct execution of the POS and develop knowledge of the channel and the shopper in order to detect opportunities, execute tactical actions that guarantee the fulfillment of objectives, and provide relevant information to the channel coordinator.
  • Communicate and teach the merchandising team of the assigned channel the portfolio strategy and strategic guidelines of the brands (Photo of Success).
  • Manage visibility indicators (activations, planogram, prices, share of shelf, and inventory).
  • Ensure the correct implementation of brand promotional activities.
  • Ensure that the outsourcing team is trained in the fundamentals of sales (assortment, merchandising, price, POS space).
  • Monitor the tools assigned for the development of activities, seeking to optimize resources and processes.
  • Contribute to the proper distribution of products and the fulfillment of sales targets in the assigned area by reinforcing implementation activities.
  • Provide timely information on competitors' activities.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of projects and tactical improvement plans in the channel to which you have been assigned.

Who You Are

  • Professional with a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields, with two years of experience in similar positions in consumer goods companies.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel for data analysis.
  • Knowledge of project administration and management.
  • Essential experience in the provinces of Santa Cruz, Tarija, and Pando.
