Junior Designer

The main function of this position is to design and adapt local creative materials for Marketing communication and for Retail POSMs and activities.

Responsibilities:

• Study design briefs and determine requirements.
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
• Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand.
• Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic.
• Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design.
• Test graphics across various media.
• Knowledge of understanding printing processes, paper types, file resolution, and technical specifications to ensure optimal results.
• Amend designs after feedback.
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand create visual communications to convey messages in an effective and aesthetically pleasing manner. This incorporates several tasks and responsibilities, let the final design approved ready to be printed according with technical printings.
• Create materials by hand or by using technology, including computer software programs. Adobe's Creative Suite—including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and more—proficiency programs.
• Review final productions for errors and ensure that final prints reflect the require specifications.
• Responsible of the content creation for HONOR social media.

Qualifications
:

• Bachelor's degree in design or related field.
• Proven graphic designing abilities.
• High written and verbal communication skills through proven results developing graphic materials.
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as In Design, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
• Communication skills.
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
• Ability in photography or videography is preferred.
• English in advanced level.
