Position Summary

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Mid-Level DevOps Engineer to join our operations team. This role focuses on maintaining, monitoring, and optimizing infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud environments. The candidate will collaborate with senior engineers to enhance automation and reliability across our systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and optimize system performance, availability, and scalability.
  • Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
  • Support infrastructure management (cloud resources, servers, containers, storage).
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts for routine operational tasks.
  • Contribute to infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible, etc.) and version control (Git).
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth and reliable deployments.
  • Document runbooks, troubleshooting guides, and standard operating procedures.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in DevOps, cloud operations, or related fields.
  • Proficiency working with Amazon Web Services.
  • Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, or PowerShell).
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins).
  • Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Understanding monitoring tools (Prometheus, CloudWatch).

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with networking, security, and performance tuning.
  • Familiarity with observability stacks (ELK, Grafana).
  • Background in software engineering or system administration.
