Project Overview

—helping determine whether a user is a real person, reducing scammers, and improving trust in dating platforms. This role goes beyond prompt engineering and focuses on
building real AI-powered features around concrete use cases
.

Responsibilities

• Build and evolve frontend features using , with a strong product and UX mindset.
• Implement and maintain backend APIs using to support AI-driven workflows.
• Design and integrate AI-powered features (search, enrichment, verification, safety signals).
• Work with AI agents and modern AI workflows, including guardrails and safety considerations.
• Collaborate on defining new product capabilities powered by AI (not just prompts).
• Research, explore, and prototype AI solutions independently and proactively.
• Contribute to a fast-moving, goal-oriented team building new products from the ground up.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience with
• Working experience with and API design.
• Proven experience building software products using AI, not just experimenting with prompts.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, or Gemini Pro.
• Experience integrating AI into real-world use cases (e.g., search, enrichment, verification).
• Familiarity with AI safety, guardrails, and responsible AI usage.
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable with ambiguity.
• Senior-level experience preferred.

Nice to Have

• Experience building agentic workflows or AI-assisted systems.
• Background in data enrichment, identity verification, or trust & safety products.
