Business Analyst

We are looking for a versatile Business Analyst (70%) / Project Manager (30%) to join our growing team in Bolivia. This role requires a strong analytical mindset to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into clear solutions, combined with solid project management capabilities to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with business stakeholders to understand objectives, gather requirements and translate them into clear user stories and functional documentation for delivery teams.
- Act as the single point of coordination between business and technical teams to ensure alignment on scope, priorities and expected outcomes.
- Plan, manage and track delivery activities including timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks and issues.
- Facilitate Agile and delivery-related meetings such as requirement discussions, backlog refinement, sprint reviews and status updates.
- Support testing and acceptance activities to ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality expectations.
- Provide regular progress updates, manage change requests and ensure delivery is completed on time and within agreed scope.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in a Business Analyst role, with hands-on project coordination or project management experience.
- Proven experience working with cross-functional technical teams.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience in requirement gathering, documentation and stakeholder management.
- Basic to intermediate project management experience handling timelines, risks and delivery tracking.
