Asistente de Gerencia General

Objetivo:

Perfil orientado a profesionales estratégicos, con alta capacidad de análisis y ejecución, que trabajan de manera directa y colaborativa con el Gerente General de la cadena hotelera, participando activamente en la toma de decisiones y en la gestión de operaciones en múltiples hoteles y países.

Requisitos:


• Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en puestos similares (asistencia ejecutiva estratégica, analista corporativo, PMO, staff de gerencia).


• Formación en Ingeniería Comercial, Administración de Empresas o carreras afines.


• Se valorarán posgrados en gestión, finanzas, estrategia o liderazgo.


• Inglés avanzado (oral y escrito).


• Dominio de Microsoft Office y herramientas de gestión.

Competencias:


• Capacidad para leer, interpretar y analizar informes de diversas áreas.


• Gestión de agendas complejas, calendarios y prioridades.


• Participación activa en reuniones, con elaboración de informes, análisis y seguimiento.


• Liderazgo, organización y planificación.
