As a Technical Account Engineer, you will be part of our implementation team responsible for delivering high-quality software projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement software solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards, aligning with project goals and deliverables.
  • Review user guides and technical documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Identify and address bugs and issues within each project developed in ProcessMaker.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Manage scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Collaborate as an integral part of the team to contribute towards the development of our services.
  • Establish effective communication with clients and teams in English.
  • Maintain relationships with third-party vendors.


Essential Skills:
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as PHP, Laravel, VueJS, and other scripting languages as required.
  • Excellent communication skills in spoken English.
  • Ability to report issues or constraints to the team and Technical Lead.
  • Experience with Jira system and agile methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.


Minimal Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Software Engineer or similar role.
  • Technical background with a solid understanding of software development and web technologies.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication skills in spoken English.
  • Experience working with remote and onsite multicultural teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
