Senior Pastor

We are actively seeking a dedicated leader to guide our existing English-speaking congregation and expanding ministry in Santa Cruz, Bolivia.

• As Pastor, you will be responsible for regular proclamation of God's Word, initiating vision and leadership, and providing spiritual counsel to the church membership.
• With a focus on outreach and community engagement, you will work to establish meaningful connections within the local area.

1. Regularly preach and teach from God's Word
2. Initiate vision and leadership as chief shepherd
3. Provide spiritual ordinances such as communion and baptism
4. Offer Biblical spiritual counsel and encouragement to the church membership
5. Seek opportunities for outreach into the community
