We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Onboarding Coordinator to join our team at Sagan. As a key member of our onboarding process, you will ensure that new hires are well-supported and prepared for their roles.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum 1 year of full-time remote work experience, proven experience handling high volumes of phone calls, and proficiency in English. You will be responsible for following up with new hires, reviewing and confirming the accuracy of pre-orientation surveys, sending orientation reminders, and answering a high volume of incoming phone calls.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is comfortable with repetitive tasks and a fast-paced environment, results-driven, and eager to exceed performance metrics.
